Avail Online Citizen Services of Election Commission of India

The National Voters' Service Portal (NVSP), provided by the Election Commission of India, offers several online services. These include searching electoral rolls, downloading e-EPICs, locating polling stations and officers, including Non-Resident Indian (NRI) names in the electoral roll, applying for corrections, and transposing entries in the electoral roll etc. Registered users can log in to lodge complaints, while new users can register by entering their mobile number and email ID, thus streamlining voter access and engagement.

Apply for Enrolment as General Elector

Fill Form 6 if you are 18 years or above or you will turn 18 in few months. The application will be addressed to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) of the Assembly Constituency (AC)/Parliamentary Constituency (PC) in which the applicant is ordinarily residing.

Apply for Shifting of Residence, Correction of Entries in the Existing Electoral Roll, Replacement of Epic, or Marking of PwD

Fill Form 8 to get EPIC with updated or replacement or marking of PwD. The application can be made by a registered/enrolled elector for shifting of residence, or for correction of entries or for issue of replacement EPIC or for marking as PwD.

Apply for Enrollment as an Overseas (NRI) Electors

Fill Form 6A if you are a citizen of India and has not acquired citizenship of any other country. Every Indian citizen staying in a foreign country, who has not acquired citizenship of a foreign country, and has completed 18 years as on 1st January of the year, can make an application in Form 6A for being registered in the roll for the constituency pertaining to the locality in which his place of residence in India as mentioned in the passport is located. The application in Form 6A can be presented to the registration officer concerned.
