- E-filing of cases in Cyber Appellate Tribunal
File cases online with the Cyber Appellate Tribunal. Legal Practitioner, petitioners-in-person and authorised agents by the tribunal can file cases through the e-filing facility. Online registration is mandatory to file the case electronically. Registered users can fill the required details in an online form and submit it to the Tribunal.
Users can lodge their complaints online with the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology. One can fill up an online form to submit a complaint by selecting an organisation under the department, officer's name against whom a complaint is to be filed, name and address of the complainant etc.
The Central Information Commission portal facilitates users to file the RTI applications online. Users can lodge complaint, submit draft complaint and check the status of filed complaint online. Second appeal can also be submitted. The cause lists of the Central Information Commission are also given.
Check status of cases pending or disposed of by the Supreme Court and High Courts. Users can search for case status by case number, petitioner name, respondent name, advocate name. Daily orders of the Supreme Court or High Courts are also given.
