Find the details of complaint centers of various public and private telecom service providers. Users can select the name of the service provider from the dropdown menu along with the State and District name. Details such as name of the complaint center, address, phone number, etc. are available as the result of the search.

Know the number of connections issued in your name
The Department of Telecommunications' Sanchar Saathi portal offers TAFCOP (Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection) Services that are accessible to subscribers all over India. To find out the number of connections issued in the user's name, they simply need to enter their mobile number, captcha, and the OTP received on their mobile. Users can also report any unnecessary or unauthorized mobile connections.
