Registered users can file RTI applications online only for the Ministries and Departments of Central Government located at New Delhi. This is a portal to file RTI applications/first appeals online along with payment gateway. Registered users can login to fill the online application form and pay the fees.

Submit a drafted complaint with the Central Information Commission (CIC). You need to provide a complaint number (provisional number) for submitting the complaint which is drafted and saved in the database. A complaint with the CIC can only be filed in case an individual is denied information under the RTI Act.
The Vigeye project of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has provided an online facility for registration of employees of government departments. Individuals employed with government organisations can register online as a Vigeye (a citizen who helps the Commission in fighting corruption) by providing details such as name, organisation, department, employee code, employment status contact details etc.
