Rashtriya Mahila Kosh (RMK) is a society, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and an apex micro-finance organization established in 1993 under the aegis of Ministry of Women & Child Development (MWCD) . The main objective of setting up of RMK was to provide micro-credit to poor women for various livelihood support and income generating activities at concessional terms in a client-friendly procedure to bring about their socio-economic development.
SHe-Box is an online Complaint Management System for lodging complaints related to workplace sexual harassment. Any woman working or visiting any office of Central Government (Central Ministries, Departments, Public Sector Under takings , Autonomous Bodies and Institutions , etc.) can file complaint related to workplace sexual harassment through this SHe-Box.
National Repository of Information for Women is an e-portal that summarizes over 350 government schemes for the benefit of women, with more being added every day. It provides links to the Ministries, Departments and Autonomous Bodies offering these schemes as well as easy access to online applications and grievance redressal. It also provides information to women on issues affecting their lives, such as tips on good nutrition, suggestions for health check-ups, information on major diseases, tips for job search and interview, investment and savings advice, information on crimes and against women and reporting procedures, contacts of legal aid cells, simplified adoption procedures and much more .
"Mahila E- Haat" an unique direct on line marketing platform to support women entrepreneurs/ SHGs/ NGOs, launched on 07th March 20 16. It is aimed at providing a marketing platform by leveraging technology for showcasing products made/manufactured/sold by women entrepreneurs/ SHGs/ NGOs as also showcasing services reflecting their creative potential. The USP of this online marketing platform is facilitating direct contact between the vendor and buyer. It is easy to access as the entire business of E-haat can be handled through a mobile. The vendor can be approached by the buyer physically, telephonically, by email, etc.
