Track and view reported grievances on online Consular Services Management System (Madad) using the Grievance ID.
Compliments, suggestions, complaints may be submitted online about the eSanad process
Application status may be checked online on eSanad using application Id or Document Id
Citizens may retrieve the Apostille by specifying the Apostille/Attestation number; as per the Apostille Convention, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), a Competent Authority to issue Apostilles in electronic form that are maintained in e-registers

Grievances related to any of the following categories such as Asylum Cases, Birth Certificate, Compensation, Contract Problems, Domestic Help, Dubious Job Letter/Employer/Company, Fraudulent Calls/Emails, Imprisoned Abroad, Marital Disputes, Mortal Remains, No Obligation to Return to India (NORI) Certificate, OCI Card Related Issues, Passport Issues Abroad, Physical Abuse, Recruiting Agent, Repatriation, Salary / Dues, Seafarer Issues, Sexual Abuse, Sponsor Problems, Student Issues, Whereabouts Unknown, Worker Abuse etc. may be submitted online after registering by specifying details such as name, mobile number, email Id, Date of Birth etc.
