Customer at a glance can view the relevant contact information viz. of distributor , area offices , refill booking number , emergency number etc.
A single point Grievance redressal mechanism is available online through which customer can post his queries/ feedback / complaints related to LPG refills or new connections.
LPG customers from his registered login can rate his existing distributor online based on some predefined parameters.
Application for surrendering of LPG connection is available online which facilitate customers in the process of surrender giving status updates.
PNG consumers, who do not possess LPG connection but are desirous to get it, can now opt for non-subsidized LPG connection online
Servicing /repair/ replacement of the LPG equipment’s, viz. Hot plate, pressure regulator, LPG Hose can now be applied online with status update.
LPG distributors are mapped to Google maps, prospective customers can now locate nearest LPG distributorship online.
Under this scheme, customer can transfer LPG connection online to his / her preferred distributor which is having common area of operation/market.
Under PTD customer can choose to receive the cylinder at home on the day and time of his/her choice from their registered login by paying some nominal charges.
