Application for surrendering of LPG connection is available online which facilitate customers in the process of surrender giving status updates.
Under PTD customer can choose to receive the cylinder at home on the day and time of his/her choice from their registered login by paying some nominal charges.
Under this scheme, customer can transfer LPG connection online to his / her preferred distributor which is having common area of operation/market.
Through SMS/IVR system LPG customer can book refill round the clock, just by calling the IVRS number or sending an SMS to the same number.
Customer at a glance can view the relevant contact information viz. of distributor , area offices , refill booking number , emergency number etc.
