If any schools want to correct their details, like school name or other details on the digital portal, they have to first correct these details in the database of Samgra Shiksha Abhiyan and contact the SC/ST/OBC office of the district.

If the principal of any school/institute/college has changed or retired, the principals of such institution can change their name/mobile number by establishing their identity and contacting the SC/ST/OBC office of the district.

જો કોઇ શાળાઓ પોતાની વિગતો જેવી કે શાળાનું નામ કે અન્ય વિગતો ડિજિટલ પોર્ટલ પર સુધારવા માંગતા હોય તો પહેલા આ વિગતો સમગ્ર શિક્ષા અભિયાનના ડેટા બેઝમાં સુધરાવી જિલ્લાની SC/ST/OBC કચેરીનો સંપર્ક કરી સુધરાવી શકે છે.

જો કોઇ શાળા/સંસ્થા/કોલેજમાં આચાર્યશ્રી બદલાયેલ હોય કે નિવૃત થયેલ હોય તો તેવી સંસ્થાના આચાર્યશ્રીઓ પોતાની ઓળખ પ્રસ્થાપિત કરી જિલ્લાની SC/ST/OBC કચેરીનો સંપર્ક કરી નામ/મોબાઇલ નંબર સુધરાવી શકે છે.

# Kindly update your password (using "Forgot Password?") as per new policy. It is necessary to change the password every 180 days.

Password Policy: 1) Password should not contain email id/mobile no or partial text of email id/mobile. 2) Password must be between 8-20 characters. 3) It should be a combination of alphanumeric letters with at least one numeric, one upper case character, one lower case character and one special charater from @,#,?,$. 4) Common password will not be allowed (e.g. abc@123 or xyz@789).

Please select appropriate option from the following: College / University / Standalone. Your User Name is your AISHE CODE in digits only. Example:

(a) For College: If your AISHE CODE is C-0137 then User Name is 137 and you have to select college.

(b) For Standalone Institute: If your AISHE CODE is S-12345 then User Name is 12345 and you have to select standalone.

(c) For University: If your AISHE CODE is U-12345 then User Name is 12345 and you have to select university.

Password is already send via SMS to registered mobile number of your Institute. If you have not received password, contact helpline : 18002335500, 079- 26566000

If you do not have AISHE CODE then please contact AISHE cell at KCG.
