  5. Certificate of Registration of workers issued by Registering Officer, Daman or Diu
  6. Photo ID Proof of the Electrical Contractor

2. Additional document For Renewal of Account(including all above 7)
  1. Work order of at least 4 works of department on labour contract basis at the department approved rates in last one year.
