  -  Before 5 days of the date of arrival - 75% refund
  -  Before 1 days of the date of arrival - 50% refund
  -  Within 24 hrs of the date of arrival - No refund

Cancellation of booking is subjected to the cancellation policy. If any refund is due on account of booking cancellation, the refund request shall be raised through the portal by the user

. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo ID cards at the time of check-in.
. The usual standard check-in time is 12 noon and check-out is 11 AM. We try to ensure that you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid.
. Only the persons mentioned in the Guest list can enter the room/rooms allotted.
. Keep the rooms clean and don’t damage any items or articles inside the rooms.
. Meetings and interviews are not allowed in the rooms.
. Alcohol/Drugs is not allowed inside the Rest House Premises.
. The use of Electrical appliances such as music system, Induction cooker, Iron Box etc brought by the Guests are not allowed in the rooms.
. Pets will not be allowed in the rooms.
