Inspection and certification of High Tension and related equipment's

Electrical Inspectorate Department

Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on https://goaonline.gov.in and login.

2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Electrical Inspectorate --> Inspection and Certification of High Tension and related Equipment.

3. Attach relevant documents.

4. Upload the relevant documents.

5. Click on the submit application button and proceed for fee Payment.

6. Pay relevant fees Online, Note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.

Documents required

1.Copy of Electrical Contractor license issued by licensing board Electricity department Govt. of Goa.

2.GOAB Switch, HG Fuse and LAs

3.Inspection Report

4.Evidence with respect to compliance

5.Single line diagram of the Electrical installation showing all interlocking arrangements.

6.Break up of Inspection fees

7.Copy of Supervisor permit copy issued by licensing board Electricity department Govt. of Goa.

8.Work completion and test report giving insulation resistance values and Earth resistance values

9.Manufactures test certificate for transformer

10.Manufactures test certificate for RMU/ Circuit Breaker /L.B.S

11.Manufactures test certificate for LT Panel

12.LT/HT Cables OH conductors, ABCs etc

13.MRT certificate for Transformer upto 630 KVA (in case of LT Consumers)

14.Supervision certificate against the 15% supervision charges

Designated officials

Appellate authority : Chief Electrical Engineer
