Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on goaonline.gov.in and login.

2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Excise -->Transfer of Ownership of Licences(Sale) (if owner is not alive)

3. Fill in the application form.

4. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking

5. Compliances (if any) will be communicated after application scrutiny
