A Candidate Seeking employment within the State, registers himself with the Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training of Meghalaya. The candidate applies online in the portal, on successful registration an SMS is sent to notify the candidate to appear for a physical verification of relevant documents at the employment exchange office. On completion of the verification process, an X10 Card (Registration Certificate) is generated. The X10 Card is handed over to the candidate the same may also be downloaded by the candidate from the portal

No Payment is required to avail this Senior Citizens Card. The System Generated, Digitally Signed Card can be download by the applicant, after receiving intimation in the form of an SMS.
