Apply for Fancy Vehicle Number Allocation
This service allows users to bid for and allocate special or "fancy" vehicle registration numbers. By participating in auctions or selecting available numbers, vehicle owners can personalize their registration plates with unique combinations.

Vehicle Related Services
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has been facilitating computerization of over 1300+ Road Transport Offices (RTOs) across the country. RTOs issue Registration Certificate (R.C.) & Driving License (D.L.) that are mandatory requirements and are valid across the country, subject to certain provisions and permissions. Vehicle-related services include such as Vehicle registration, Transfer of ownership, issue of duplicate RC, renewal for fitness certificate, renewal of registration etc.
Apply for Driving Licence
This service facilitates the citizens to apply for Driving licence (DL). One can fill the online form, pay the requisite fee, upload the required documents and book the online slot for driving test to avail the service. System provides complete workflow for processing at RTOs, integration with driving tracks and final approval process including generation of smart cards.
Apply for Learner's Licence
This service facilitates the citizens to apply for Learner licence (LL). One can fill the online form, pay the requisite fee and appear for online test with Aadhaar based authentication, AI based face recognition system and proctoring and finally download the Learners licence. This service is faceless (i.e. need not to visit concerned authority).
