But, now consumers can lodge their complaints regarding water supply, sewer and storm water disposal 24X7 by or registering online at departmental website. Complaint ID is generated for each complaint which is sent to consumer at registered mobile number. The consumer can also view the status of the complaint online or by calling at toll free number.
