DIKSHA - Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing

Apply for Transgender Skill Development and Training
The main purpose is to provide employment opportunities to the person belonging to transgender person community by providing them market-oriented skills. Areas for imparting skill training have been chosen after careful consideration by the training partners and also based on the national consultations done with the Transgender community. The skills so imparted are expected to be a means to provide ample scope for employment with dignity to the transgender beneficiary.

Test Report Verification for Central Power Research Institute (CPRI)

CPRI provides online test date booking and online calibration date booking request facilities. Customers are encouraged to avail this facility as per the dates available. This facility provides customers to raise the request for booking the dates for testing/calibration.
National Skill Certification and Monetary Reward (STAR Scheme)
The scheme is for encouraging skill development among the youth by providing monetary rewards for successful completion of approved training programmes and implemented through Public- Private and Public-Public partnerships. The scheme will provide monetary incentives for successful completion of market-driven skill training to approximately Rs.10 lakh youth in a span of one year from the date of implementation of the scheme. After the training programme a STAR (Standard Training Assessment & Reward) certificate will be given by GoI, NSDC, RASCI/GJSCI which is valid all over India.
Takshashila National Portal for Trainers and Assessors
Takshashila, the National Portal for Trainers and Assessors, is an initiative by NSDC under the Skill India Mission. The portal serves as a dedicated online platform for the management of Trainers and Assessors of the Indian Short-Term Skill ecosystem, functioning as the central repository of information concerning development of quality Trainers and Assessors.
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) was launched in 2015 to encourage and promote skill development in the country by providing free short duration skill training and incentivizing this by providing monetary rewards to youth for skill certification. The overall idea is to boost both industry and employability of youths. During its pilot phase in 2015-16, 19.85 lakh candidates were trained.
