General Public Users may login to report events of Birth & Death and obtain certificates. The events should have been occurred at Home for reporting the events. This portal is open for registration of birth and death events that occurred in the States/UTs of ‘Chandigarh’, ‘Chhattisgarh’, ‘Andaman & Nicobar Islands’, ‘Lakshadweep‘, ‘Arunachal Pradesh’, ‘Nagaland’, ‘Meghalaya’, ‘Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu’, ‘Andhra Pradesh’, ‘Mizoram’, ‘Assam’, ‘Madhya Pradesh’, ‘Tripura’, ‘Uttarakhand’, ‘Bihar’, ‘Uttar Pradesh’, ‘Ladakh’, ‘Maharashtra’, ‘Sikkim’, ‘Haryana’, ‘Jammu and Kashmir’, ‘Himachal Pradesh’ and ‘Jharkhand’ only.
