Previously, the complaints were being registered through toll free number (1800-180-5678) . But, now consumers can lodge their complaints regarding water supply, sewer and storm water disposal 24X7 by or registering online at departmental website. Complaint ID is generated for each complaint which is sent to consumer at registered mobile number. The consumer can also view the status of the complaint online or by calling at toll free number.

Haryana : Sanction of Sewerage Connection in Cities and MC Towns
A consumer can apply new water & sewer connection at concerned Sub Divisional Office of PHED or by registering online at departmental website or through Common Service Centres (CSCs) . Once application is received the confirmation to consumer is sent through SMS. If application is found in order, then a SMS will be sent to the applicant for depositing the required fee after verification. After receipt of fee, the connection is sanctioned online . The consumer can check the status of the application online and take the online print of sanction letter.
