"The owner of a non- transport vehicle can use this service to apply for Fitness Certificate after 15 years of vehicle registration and then for subsequent renewal after every 5 years. And for a transport vehicle, Fitness Certificate can be applied for after 2 years of vehicle registration and subsequent renewals after every 1 year."
