Online Return Filing System for ERTS under Indian Stamps Act
The Govt of India notified the Indian Stamp (Collection of Stamp duty through Stock Exchanges etc.) Rules, 2019 on the 10th Deccember 2019. An amendment to the rule was made on the 30th March 2020 which mandates the creation of an online system for filing the returns. This system has been designed and developed for ERTS, Meghalaya accordingly.
Meghalaya Monitoring System for Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY)
Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) online monitoring system. The finance minister announced Rs 1.70 Lakh Crore relief package under PMGKY for the poor to help them fight the battle against Corona Virus. The monitoring system covers nine sectors which includes (i) PMKISAN (ii) PMJDY (iii) PDS (inc LPG) (iv) IGNOAPS (v) IGNPWS (vi) DIVYANG (vii) MGNREGA (viii) BOCW and (ix) Health. Data and statistics of PMGKY covering the nine sectors are captured at the field or implementation level, for which entry forms have been designed and developed.
NHM Behaviour Change Management App
The BCM is an app that can be used to view contents uploaded for training purposes as well as information and SOPs related to the COVID pandemic which are very useful to all sections of people (citizens) and health workers. The main objective of the App is to create awareness on the importance of Behaviour Change through the Mobile App.
Online Filing of Returns under VAT (Taxation)
In the VAT regime, registered dealers have to do the self-assessment of the business transactions (Sales & Purchases) and details has to be submitted in the Return Form along with Challan Receipts to the department every quarter of the Financial Year. The e-Return module enables the dealers to file and furnish the quarterly Returns statement online through the web portal. Most of the calculations in the form have been automated in system which helps the dealer to furnish the data correctly. The tax paid by the dealer during the quarter though e-Payment System or through Treasury Challans are incorporated in the e-Return form for easy assessment by the applicant
Online Dealer Registration under CST (Taxation)
The Online CST system allows VAT dealers to apply online for CST registration with the Taxation department. This electronic system has the facility that enables the applicant to tract the status of his/her application. Taxation Officials can communicate with the dealers using e-mail and SMS during the process at every steps. Upon approval by the Registering Authority, the dealer shall be intimated to collect the Registration Certificate and will be provided with TIN (Tax Identification Number) for which User ID & Password can be created for conducting online transactions.
Online Verification of C-Forms (Taxation)
Utility has been designed and deployed to allow the traders community and Tax officials from other states in the country to verify the authenticity and correctness of the document (C-form) over the internet. By entering the C-Form Number, one can easily verify the genuineness of the document.
Online Application for C-Forms (Taxation)
A web application has been designed and developed for Online application of C-Forms by Dealers, under the Taxation Department. The officers of the Taxation Department will process the case and can approved or reject the application.
Online Dealer Profile under VAT (Taxation)
e-Dealer Profile is designed to enable the dealers to view their own profiles and history of transactions related to VAT and CST like Registration data, Taxes paid by him,C-Forms issued, Return statement etc. A corresponding module has also been bult for Officials of the Taxation Department can also view and scrutinized the profile of any dealer who is registered in their respective circles.

Registration for covid-19 testing for person entering to Meghalaya State for different types of categories. This application is auto generated slip without the approval of the district administration but protocol are to be followed during the actual movement of the citizen especially at the various entry gates of the State. The different categories are (a) Residential (b) Student (c) On Government Duty (d) Business related (e) Medical Treatment (f) Migrant Skilled or Highly Skilled Labour (g) Returning to State within 5 days of exit (h) Visiting the State for short duration (upto 5 days) and (i) Visiting the State for Personal reasons. All the categories have different guidelines/protocol during the actual visiting to the State
