This service is to apply for Pre-martic Scholarship for ST Students Studying in IX & X Classes Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, introduced a new centrally sponsored scheme in the year 2012-13 for giving Pre-Matric Scholarships to the needy Scheduled Tribe Students undergoing in Classes of IX and X through DBT system. This scheme is implemented through the State Government which will receive 100?ntral Assistance from Government of India. Central Assistance will be released to the state on an ad-hoc basis. Thus the State would have to make expenditure from the State budget first and against which reimbursement can be claimed. The state would continue to give assistance at the rate fixed by the State which is higher than the rate of Government of India. The additional amount required will be met from the non plan funds.
