The Ministry of Housing And Urban Affairs has established an efficient and effective grievance redressal mechanism. The grievances of public are received in the exclusively d Public Grievances Cell located in Room No. 006, “C Wing” adjacent to the Gate number 1 of Nirman Bhawan. The Cell is the designated Section for handling grievances pertaining to all organizations under the Ministry of Housing And Urban Affairs.

Coal Import Monitoring System - CIMS
Coal Import Monitoring System (CIMS) shall require importers to submit advance information in an online system for import of Steam Coal. On submission of online data/information, the system will generate an automatic unique Registration Number. No manual documents are to be submitted to any public authority for this purpose.
