Previously, the complaints were being registered through toll free number (1800-180-5678) . But, now consumers can lodge their complaints regarding water supply, sewer and storm water disposal 24X7 by or registering online at departmental website. Complaint ID is generated for each complaint which is sent to consumer at registered mobile number. The consumer can also view the status of the complaint online or by calling at toll free number.

Haryana : Sanction of Sewerage Connection in Cities and MC Towns
A consumer can apply new water & sewer connection at concerned Sub Divisional Office of PHED or by registering online at departmental website or through Common Service Centres (CSCs) . Once application is received the confirmation to consumer is sent through SMS. If application is found in order, then a SMS will be sent to the applicant for depositing the required fee after verification. After receipt of fee, the connection is sanctioned online . The consumer can check the status of the application online and take the online print of sanction letter.

Email related services cover various areas, such as, creation of new email account, activating inactive accounts, reset passwords, enable IMAP facilities, etc. The Central Government System is being implemented for benefit of Government of Haryana. Technical Support to users and handling servicedesk/helpdesk issues are also part of the system. The users visit the website https://mail.gov.in to access the email accounts. For services, like creation of new email account, enabling IMAP facilities, etc., the user has to fill form online given under the link 'Download Form' . Applicant can visit the CSC Center or concerned DDA office to submit the applicaition with the details of change requested. CSC operator/DDA clerk enters the application online and upload the scan copy of the application form. Once submitted successfully, a receipt is generated in the system and the application is automatically forwarded to Licensing Authory user account, upon verification the facts authority approves/ rejects the appplication.
