PMAY-U 2.0 is implemented through four verticals i.e., Beneficiary Led Construction, Affordable Housing in Partnership, Affordable Rental Housing and Interest Subsidy Scheme. Families belonging to EWS/LIG/MIG segments, having no pucca house anywhere in the country, are eligible to purchase or construct a house under PMAY-U 2.0. Central assistance of up to ₹2.50 lakh crore is provided under the Scheme.
