Civil Registration System - Birth & Death Certificate
The Registration of Births and Death Act (RBD Act) was enacted in 1969 to promote uniformity and comparability in the registration of Births and Deaths across the country and compilation of vital statistics based thereon. With the enactment of the Act, registration of births, deaths and still births has become mandatory in India. The Registrar General, India (RGI) at the Central Government level coordinates and unifies the activities of registration throughout the country. However, implementation of the statute is vested with the State Governments. The registration of births and deaths in the country is done by the functionaries appointed by the State Governments.
Arms License Issuance System
National Database of Arms Licenses-Arms License Issuance System (NDAL-ALIS) is a portal developed by the Ministry of Home Affairs to facilitate entrepreneurs and industries applying for licenses related to manufacture of arms and ammunition and to facilitate individuals applying for arms licenses under Arms Act, 1959 and Arms Rules, 2016. This portal offers 29 services for the applicants. This facility provides impetus to the Make in India initiative of the Government of India by promoting ease of doing business.
Login for Cyber Police Portal
This portal caters to complaints pertaining to cyber crimes only with special focus on cyber crimes against women and children. Complaints reported on this portal are dealt by law enforcement agencies/ police based on the information available in the complaints.

The new revamped CRS portal. The portal is open for registration of birth and death events that occurred in the States/UTs of ‘Chandigarh’, ‘Chhattisgarh’, ‘Andaman & Nicobar Islands’, ‘Lakshadweep‘, ‘Arunachal Pradesh’, ‘Nagaland’, ‘Meghalaya’, ‘Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu’, ‘Andhra Pradesh’, ‘Mizoram’, ‘Assam’, ‘Madhya Pradesh’, ‘Tripura’, ‘Uttarakhand’, ‘Bihar’, ‘Uttar Pradesh’, ‘Ladakh’, ‘Maharashtra’, ‘Sikkim’, ‘Haryana’, ‘Jammu and Kashmir’, ‘Himachal Pradesh’ and ‘Jharkhand’ only. Events occurred in other States/UTs are to be reported by using the following URL: crsorgi.gov.in.

General Public Users may login to report events of Birth & Death and obtain certificates. The events should have been occurred at Home for reporting the events.
