Applicant can visit the CSC Center or concerned DDA office to submit the applicaition with the details of change requested. CSC operator/DDA clerk enters the application online and upload the scan copy of the application form. Once submitted successfully, a receipt is generated in the system and the application is automatically forwarded to Licensing Authory user account, upon verification the facts authority approves/ rejects the appplication.
